There will be times when you've got something on your mind. A workshop isn't the place to talk about it. You find some insights from the resources on this website, but what you really want is 'a good listening to'. You want someone who will:
- be fully present to you
- listen empathically and without judgement
- help you understand yourself at a deeper level and tap into your own resources
- accept you as you are and support and challenge you to be what you want to be
- help you express your authentic self and deal compassionately with the responses you get.
This is where I come in.
I combine more than ten years of experience with Nonviolent Communication with knowledge of research into conflict and relationships. (Please note: I do not offer psychotherapy).
You don't have to struggle to work things out on your own - and sometimes, just one session can clear a log-jam.
Talk to me about private sessions. I work face to face or on the phone. I live near Farnham in Surrey.
